Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged and complete tasks using pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage student behaviour across a variety of subjects (KS3 and KS4)

Deliver pre-set lesson content, ensuring students follow instructions and remain on task

Support students with their learning where appropriate, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere

Report any issues, concerns, or progress updates to teaching staff promptly

Assist with school routines including break and corridor supervision as required

Be a dependable and consistent presence within the school community
