Cover Supervisor - Bletchley | Specialist Setting- Bletchley
Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a specialist setting? A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support learners with autism and challenging behaviours.
The Role:
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with progression routes
- Competitive daily rate of £100-£120
- Delivering and covering GCSE and Functional Skills lessons
- Supporting learners with autism and challenging behaviours
- Working within an outstanding specialist setting in Bletchley
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a school or SEN setting
- Strong knowledge of GCSE and Functional Skills curriculums
- Passion for working with special educational needs xbpsjku learners
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively
