This is an ideal opportunity for graduate students, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with a strong interest in working within secondary education. The role offers hands-on classroom experience and the chance to build essential skills ahead of future teacher training or education pathways.

The Role:

* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes in the teacher’s absence

* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations

* Support students with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard

* Work across a range of subjects and year groups, offering variety and valuable experience

What We’re Looking For:

* Graduate students, aspiring teachers, or experienced Cover Supervisors

* Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills

* Ability to engage and motivate learners of mixed abilities

* Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to school life

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
