Secondary schools in Richmond upon Thames are working alongside Tradewind Recruitment to recruit committed and flexible Cover Supervisors to join their teams from February 2026. You will be responsible for covering a range of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons, and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Duties:

Leading classroom activities in line with provided lesson plans
Supporting students' learning and progress
Maintaining classroom discipline and following school behaviour policies
Providing feedback to teaching staffEssential Skills:

Strong communication skills and confident classroom presence
Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
Previous experience working with young people
An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to apply)This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, experienced support staff, or professionals looking to gain valuable experience in education.
