Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and sport-minded PE Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Bridgend area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, sports coaches, teaching assistants or anyone with strong behaviour-management skills looking to gain hands-on school experience.

About the Role

As a PE Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise PE lessons and practical sessions in the absence of the class teacher Deliver pre-planned activities and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment Work across KS3 and KS4, supporting whole-school cover when required Be a proactive, reliable member of the school team We’re Looking For

A background in sports, coaching, education, or working with young people Confident communication and strong behaviour-management skills A positive, resilient attitude and a passion for helping pupils succeed Availability during school hours (08:30–15:30) A Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What Teaching Personnel Can Offer
