Cover Supervisor - Southend-on-Sea KS3 | KS4 | KS5 Secondary School Setting

Ever fancied running a classroom without the late-night lesson planning? We're looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to step in and keep learning on track when teachers are away.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5

Keep students engaged, focused, and on task (you don't need to be a subject expert!)

Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively

Support students' learning and wellbeing throughout the day

Gain fantastic hands-on experience in a secondary school environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is confident working with secondary-aged students

Has strong classroom presence and communication skills
