Simply Education is working closely with a range of secondary schools across Kent, and we are currently seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support schools with day-to-day and long-term cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, work flexibly, or take the next step towards a career in education.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff and school leadership
Work across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people (education-based experience preferred)
Confidence in managing a classroom environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible, professional and proactive approach
