This type of role is Day to Day work based on your availability. The school's we are working with are looking for strong and confident Cover Supervisors with good communication and behaviour management.Job DescriptionSupervision of a classroom in the absence of their teacherEngage, motivate and encourage students to complete work setMake sure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectivesManage classroom behaviourRequirementsPrevious teaching experienceA Bachelors degree in any subjectAbility to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with childrenUp to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with U-educate if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)We are very keen to speak with candidates who are interested in this role and feel that they meet the requirements stated above.
