Cover Supervisor – Shirebrook

Education Personnel are working closely with a number of secondary schools in the Shirebrook area who are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support across KS3 and KS4.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience in well-supported school environments.

The Role:

* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects

* Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment

* Manage behaviour in line with school policies

* Support students with their learning and engagement

* Ensure a smooth continuation of learning in the absence of the class teacher

We’re Looking For:

* Confident individuals with strong communication skills

* Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)

* Graduates or aspiring teachers welcomed

* Strong behaviour management or willingness to develop this
