If so, step this way… About the Role We're looking for a Cover Supervisor who can leap between classrooms, guide students through KS3 and KS4 lessons, and keep learning on track-no magic required (but helpful). You won't need to plan lessons-just deliver what's set, keep students engaged, and maintain high expectations. Think: * Motivator * Referee * Calm presence * Occasional comedian * Champion of "Yes, you still have to complete the task" What You'll Bring * Confidence in front of a class * A positive attitude (coffee helps ☕) * Good behaviour-management superpowers * An ability to think fast, smile often, and pronounce tricky surnames What You'll Be Doing * Supervising KS3 & KS4 students across a range of subjects * Supporting learning (and occasionally locating stray glue sticks) * Encouraging success without bribery (usually) * Being an everyday hero for young people What You'll Get * A lively workplace where no two days are the same * Experience across subjects-from Maths to Art to "Why are you out of your seat?"
