Due to increasing demand within our partner settings, we are now seeking dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our supply team. The Role We are recruiting several SEN Cover Supervisors to work full time on a temporary basis within a large all-through special educational needs provision. While this is initially a supply role, opportunities for permanent positions may become available for the right individuals. Delivering pre-prepared lessons to small class groups from KS1 through to Post-16 Providing consistent classroom supervision and maintaining a calm, structured environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, communication difficulties, sensory needs and moderate to severe learning difficulties Building trusting relationships that promote engagement, independence and safety Pupil Profile Occasional challenging behaviour, managed through clear behaviour plans and strong leadership support Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based, tutoring or youth work experience welcomed) Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills Availability to work full time (Monday to Friday); part-time availability may be considered Joining Tradewind Recruitment means becoming part of an agency that truly values its staff and invests in long-term, meaningful partnerships. 2,500+ FREE CPD courses via The National College Sunday Times Top 100 Employer four years running If this role sounds like the right fit for you, apply today or contact Tradewind Recruitment to find out more. #
