Cover Supervisor - Watford

Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in the Watford area in their search for cover teachers, starting in January of 2026.
This role would only be suitable for someone with previous UK based, secondary level teaching experience. The key responsibilities for the role can be found below:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes and manage student behavior.
Ensure students are engaged with pre-set work.
Provide support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
Follow school procedures for attendance, behavior, and safeguarding.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
Ensure the classroom is left tidy and equipment is properly maintained.
Key Requirements:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to remain calm and flexible in a dynamic environment.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
