Are you a confident, motivated individual interested in teaching and gaining valuable school-based experience? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in and around the Newcastle area.

What the Role Involves:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment • Supporting students with their classwork and encouraging engagement • Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff

We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Previous experience in a school setting or other relevant youth/education experience • The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and responding to student concerns • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach
