This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or experienced school staff who want to gain valuable classroom experience. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. You will ensure students remain engaged, follow behaviour policies, and maintain a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Supervising whole classes during teacher absences Delivering pre-set lesson materials provided by the teacher Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students to stay on task with their work Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work etc.) Strong classroom or group behaviour management skills Confidence leading a class of students aged 11-16 Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and professional attitude What We Offer Flexible work to fit around ...
