Cover Supervisors Needed Northampton & Surrounding Areas Synergy Education are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across Northampton and the surrounding areas. We have a range of opportunities available, including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles . As an SEND specialist agency , we work closely with schools supporting students with additional needs, so experience or a passion for working within SEND settings is highly desirable. The Role: Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Delivering pre-set work and supporting students where required
Working across a variety of school settings, including SEND provisions
Requirements: Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
Strong behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable, and confident leading a classroom
An interest in or experience with SEND is a strong advantage
