Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a range of welcoming and well-managed secondary schools across Croydon. About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans

Manage student behaviour and ensure lessons run smoothly

Provide assistance where needed and report feedback to teaching staff

Work across different subject areas, gaining varied experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A passion for education and supporting young people

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different school environments

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Experience working with young people is preferred (e.g. in schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching)
