This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to manage their own caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative Private Client team.The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, supporting vulnerable clients and their families with financial affairs and decision-making processes. The role involves working closely with protected parties, their families, care providers, and financial institutions while ensuring the highest standards of client care.The firm offers a strong team culture, structured career development plans, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of its Court of Protection practice.
