The Role

Running a varied Court of Protection (Welfare) caseload, including matters concerning residence, contact, care, and capacity. Manage your own caseload undertaking predominantly Expert Witness and Deputyship work Advising clients, families and support teams as well as external solicitors on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court.

The Person
