This position is ideal for a lawyer looking to shape and grow a specialist Court of Protection offering while delivering exceptional support to vulnerable individuals and their families. You will manage a varied caseload involving complex Property & Affairs and/or Health & Welfare matters, providing accurate, timely and sensitive advice throughout each stage of the process. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, case managers, counsel, social workers and wider multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
