I’m currently working alongside a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in South Manchester , who are looking to expand their specialist Court of Protection team with the addition of a newly qualified solicitor.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an NQ solicitor with a genuine interest in Court of Protection and mental capacity law, to join a supportive and growing team working on some of the most meaningful and complex deputyship matters in the region.

The Role: Assisting with a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including property and financial affairs deputyships, applications to the Court, and ongoing client management. Working closely with experienced solicitors and Partners on high-value, often sensitive cases, typically involving individuals with acquired brain injuries and complex care needs.
