As a Course Advisor, youll play a vital role in providing information and guidance to prospective learners as well as checking funding eligibility prior to undertaking course registration interviews. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Handling inbound & outbound course enquiries Communicating via phone, email & text Checking eligibility for public funding Promoting the companys products & services Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets Recording data onto the company IT system What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will be a well organised and effective sales advisor with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
