Counterbalance Forklift driver

Aspired Talent are looking for Forklift counterbalance drivers for our client in WA3.

Hours are Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Load and unload HGVs safely and efficiently using a 4-directional FLT, ensuring loads are secure and compliant with transport requirements

Accurately pick, scan and book stock in and out using handheld barcode scanning devices

Ensure all stock movements are recorded in real time to maintain accurate system stock levels

Put away and store goods in designated locations in line with warehouse layout and procedures

Carry out daily FLT checks and report any defects or safety concerns immediately

Work to loading schedules and transport plans, ensuring deadlines are met

Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all working areas

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and challenge unsafe behaviours where necessary

Support continuous improvement activities within the warehouse operation

Work collaboratively with other team members and departments as required.

Accuracy: Picking, scanning, and loading accuracy (minimal errors / NCRs)

Productivity: Loading/unloading times and overall work rate

Stock Integrity: Real-time and correct use of scanning systems

Health & Safety: Compliance with procedures, incident reduction
