Our client based in Wolverhampton are looking for Night Forklift Truck Drivers to join their team on a 12 week temp to perm basis. This is working in a fast paced environment and suitable candidates need to have at least 2 years experience operating double decker counterbalance forklifts. The successful candidates must have operated continuously for the last 12 months on a forklift truck and be used to working in a paced, time critical environment. Pallet network experience is preferred. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all safety checks are completed on forklift truck at the start of your shift Drive at a speed that is safe bearing in mind the type of load, surface conditions and surrounding environment Unload and load trailers within the timeframe set Ensure weight distribution is consistent across decks and axles Stack and distribute pallets in an efficient manner ensuring care is always taken Operate consistently around 70 plus forklift trucks Report all dama...
