Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This role offers an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a dependable, motivated, and proactive individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operating a counterbalance forklift truck

*

Loading and unloading vehicles and palletised stock

*

Moving, storing, and organising goods within the warehouse

*

Assisting with picking, packing, and general stock movement

*

Carrying out manual handling tasks where required (this is not a forklift-only role)

*

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety

*

Supporting wider warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

*

Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence

*

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

*

Comfortable with physical and manual handling duties

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

*

Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
