Counterbalance FLT Driver – BroxburnPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our well-established client based near Broxburn.This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team.Shifts • Monday to Thursday – 06:30 – 16:00  • Friday – 06:30 – 15:30Rates of Pay • £13.00 per hourBenefitsAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will receive: • Weekly pay  • Ongoing, long-term work (temp-to-perm opportunities)  • Fixed weekday shift pattern – no weekend work  • Supportive training and onboarding  • Clean and safe working environmentDay-to-Day DutiesAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently  • Moving pallets across the site  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles  • Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas  • Supporting general warehouse duties when required  • Following all site health and safety proceduresEssential SkillsTo be successful as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will need: • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)  • Experience operating a FLT in a fast-paced environment  • Good awareness of health and safety practices  • Ability to work well as part of a team  • Flexibility to support operational needsDesirable Experience • Experience working with large or loose products  • Background in food or industrial manufacturing  • Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachmentsTraining Provided • Full training and paid site induction will be providedApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.JBRP1_UKTJ
