FLT Counterbalance Driver - Northampton (4 on / 4 off) We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established warehouse logistics client in Northampton (NN1) . This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering consistent hours and a stable shift pattern. ?? Location Northampton, NN1 ?? Shift Pattern 4 on / 4 off rotation 2 Days & 2 Nights Days: 05:45-17:45 Nights: 17:45-05:45 ?? Pay Rate £16.21 per hour (PAYE) ?? Contract Temporary ongoing - full-time hours guaranteed Please note: An on-site induction and a Drug & Alcohol test are required as part of the onboarding process. ?? Key Responsibilities Safely and accurately load and unload customer products. Verify and confirm all incoming and outgoing loads.
