Position: Counter Sales Assistant
Location: Feltham
Salary: £32,000£35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30
Overtime: Occasional Saturday shifts available
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

The Role:
Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner
Providing product knowledge and advice on roofing and building materials
Processing orders and handling payments accurately
Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the counter area is tidy and organised
Supporting the wider branch team as needed
Adhering to all health & safety regulations

Requirements:
Previous experience in a builders merchant, DIY, or similar retail environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and organized
Commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
Ability to work effectively within a team
