The Role

Preparing Bills of Costs for complex, high-value PI claims, including multi-track and catastrophic injury matters Advising on costs strategy, risk, and recovery Managing Points of Dispute and Replies Negotiating costs and handling detailed assessment proceedings Supporting fee earners with complex costs issues throughout the claim lifecycle

About You

Solid experience with high-value PI costs work Strong technical knowledge of the CPR, Costs Practice Direction, and relevant case law Confident drafting and negotiation skills Able to work independently in a remote setting Qualified Costs Lawyer preferred, but highly experienced Costs Draftspersons are welcome to apply
