Manchester/ Hybrid Our client, a highly respected and long-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join their well-established Costs Team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse workload that will include: Preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and Replies to Points of Dispute Drafting documentation for Detailed Assessment Hearings Negotiating costs settlements Providing costs guidance to fee earners across the firm What Theyre Looking For; Previous experience as a Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson Strong working knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy levels Experience using CostsMaster and the ability to prepare detailed Bills of Costs Whats on Offer; Our client is known for their supportive and people-focused culture.
