The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets, and supporting documents for the firm's high-value and multi-track caseload. Duties & Responsibilities Draft detailed Bills of Costs and supporting documentation for a variety of case types.
Prepare and file Costs Budgets and Points of Dispute/Reply where necessary.
Liaise with Counsel and the Court, including preparation of papers for hearings.
Manage applications for interim payments and assessment processes.
