Spirehouse are partnered with a well‑established, reputable law firm in Greater London (West) who are seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied commercial workload and values a friendly, community‑focused firm with a long‑standing local presence. The Role You’ll manage a broad and interesting caseload, including:
Commercial contracts and terms of business Shareholder and partnership agreements Asset Purchase Agreements Buying and selling businesses (primarily SME clients) Corporate structures, governance, and advisory Ongoing commercial support for established national companies
You’ll have autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to help shape the future of the commercial offering. About You
A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate/Commercial law Strong drafting and negotiation skills Confident in handling matters independently with support available Commercially aware, personable, and keen to build client relationships
