A well known and highly regarded Boutique, based in the heart of the west end, is looking for a strong and experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their thriving team. They have been serving the locale for almost 200 years and are key part of a vast international network of firms, meaning that their close-nit firm (around 30 Solicitors) offer very high quality work and a very competitive salary.


With a client base including family businesses to large multinational companies this role offers an excellent opportunity to get develop your experience, with a diverse caseload of matters including M&A, private equity investments, corporate finance matters, commercial agreements, and on occasion competition law. They offer a good work/life balance and an friendly environment, this is a brilliant opportunity for the right Solicitor looking for a step up in their career!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing complex and interesting corporate and commercial matters including M&A, private equity, finance agreements, start ups, commercial contracts, competition law, and corporate restructuring.
  • Develop relationships with clients from start ups and family businesses to large multinational companies.
  • Assisting leading Partners and assist junior legal professionals with larger matters.
  • Working meet client needs and expectations.


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Demonstrated track record of high-quality corporate and commercial experience (5+ years PQE desired, but similar levels will be considered).
  • A history working in a reputable private practice environment with a good level of independence.
  • Proven attention to detail as well as organisational ability.
  • The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
