Corporate/Capital Markets Associate (5+ PQE)

Contract - 6-Month + Contract

An international law firm is seeking a senior associate (5+ PQE) to join its corporate team on a contract basis for 6-months (likely to be extended). The team advises on a broad mix of corporate and capital markets matters, and this role offers exposure to complex, cross-border work with both UK/European and US elements.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Equity Capital Markets – including stock exchange listings in London, New York, and Europe
• Debt Capital Markets – including high yield and investment grade deals
• Structured Finance and Securitisation – including insurance-linked securities and catastrophe bond transactions

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid ECM and DCM experience is essential
• Experience with stock exchange listings and high-yield bond transactions is particularly relevant
• Interest in building knowledge of insurance-linked securities and capital markets structures within the insurance space
• Confident working across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Able to integrate quickly into a collaborative, fast-paced transactional team
