We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Transactions team within their London office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a globally recognised Corporate Transactions practice, advising on a broad range of issues with a focus on Gambling, Tech, and Media. The candidate will work on cross-border deals, working closely with the firm’s IP, data protection, commercial tech, gambling regulatory, competition and disputes specialists to deliver deals in some of most dynamic sectors across the globe.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 5+ PQE;
• Strong background in corporate transactions within a medium to large international or City firm. Experience in Gambling and/or TMC sectors advantageous;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
