Corporate Tax Technical Training Manager / Associate Director responsibilities will include:

Lead and enhance the early careers training programme in collaboration with stakeholders.
Design and deliver practical, commercially focused corporate tax training for staff up to manager level.
Identify training needs with client-facing teams and develop effective, blended learning solutions.
Provide ongoing tax updates and work cross-functionally to support training across the wider business.

As a Corporate Tax Technical Training Manager / Associate Director you will be/have:

Professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent)
A confident presenter who possesses the ability to break-down complex technical concepts
Genuine interest in early careers training
An excellent communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders across tax and training teams to identify relevant training needs
An innovative thinker who can suggest appropriate learning solutions to meet the training needs of the business
