The Opportunity: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will play a key role in managing compliance processes, advising on tax planning opportunities, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage or support a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely delivery of compliance and advisory work. Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities including group structuring, R&D, capital allowances, and international tax issues. Support or lead client meetings and maintain strong, proactive relationships. Review work prepared by junior staff and support their development.
