Corporate Tax Senior Manager opportunity with an independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Harrogate. Reporting to the Tax Partner this role is compliance based with ad hoc advisory work covering;Review Corporation Tax computations and returns prepared by the teamPrepare more complex Corporation Tax computations and returnsReview/prepare tax reconciliations, tax account workings, deferred tax provisions for inclusion in statutory accountsReview quarterly instalment tax calculationsResearch & Development claimsEmployee Related Securities submissions to HMRC (EMI, CSOP)HMRC enquiriesLiaise with clients and HMRC on a daily basisMonitor workflow through department and liaise with Managers/Partners accordinglyMentor junior members of staffClients are a mix of stand-alone OMBs, UK and international groups.
