Alexander Kaye Recruitment, on behalf of our prestigious client a top-tier firm of Chartered Accountants in Nottingham is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic and growing Corporate Tax team.

Our client offers a great working environment with a happy motivated tax team. Role can be in various East Midlands locations.

About The Role

As a Corporate Tax Semi Senior, you will play an integral part in supporting the team with a diverse range of tax compliance and advisory services for an impressive portfolio of clients, including SMEs, multinationals, and high net-worth individuals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced tax professionals and develop your skills, knowledge, and career in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns and computations

Support the tax advisory team with various projects, including corporate restructuring, M&A, and tax planning

Liaise with HMRC on clients' behalf and handle tax-related queries

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Attend relevant training sessions and keep abreast of the latest tax legislation and regulations

Contribute to a positive, team-focused working environment

About You

ACCA/ACA or ATT/CTA part-qualified, with a strong desire to continue your professional development

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate tax role within a UK accountancy practice

Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure
