Corporate Tax Reporting & Compliance Manager | Hybrid (Leicester/Nottingham)


We’re supporting a well-established and fast-growing organisation in the TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance) space to hire a Tax Reporting & Compliance Manager.


This is a high-impact individual contributor role, sitting between the Head of Tax and a key team member, supporting tax compliance across a 200+ entity group.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead tax reporting (incl. group consolidations under IFRS/UK GAAP)
  • Provide technical input on CIR, quarterly payments, and withholding tax
  • Review outputs from junior team members
  • Support international tax compliance and ad hoc group tax queries
  • Liaise with FDs across the group to align on process and reporting
  • Reduce reliance on outsourced tax support


What They’re Looking For

  • Strong UK corporate tax reporting experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and tax systems (e.g. Alphatax, NetSuite)
  • Experience in complex group environments (200+ entities ideal)
  • Confident managing tax cycles and consolidations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
