Your role will focus on the delivery of corporate tax planning and advisory services to quality businesses, often high growth and also acquisitive. M&A / Corporate Finance Transactional Tax advice will form a part of the role. You will need to be either a qualified accountant or tax advisor, most likely ACA - ICAEW, CA - ICAS, ACCA or CTA with in depth corporate tax experience, whether compliance or advisory based.
