Corporate Tax Assistant Manager / Manager - Leeds Clark Wood are currently working with a fast-growing, award-winning North West practice who are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join their expanding team in Leeds. This modern and forward-thinking firm has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional client service. With continued growth across their tax offering, they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who will become the face of the corporate tax function in this region. Role Overview In this role, you will work closely with the Tax Partners and Directors, managing the corporate tax compliance function and overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to a portfolio of clients, primarily OMBs. You will review corporation tax computations, manage tax accounting matters, and ensure clients are kept updated on all relevant tax developments. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and develop junior team members, supporting their studies and building capability across the department. Manage the corporate tax compliance function and ensure high-quality service delivery. Review corporation tax computations and oversee tax accounting matters. Keep clients updated on all relevant tax developments. Work on a wide range of planning and project-based advisory assignments.

Qualifications

CTA and/or ACA qualified (although not essential). Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and team management within an accountancy practice. Excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership ability.
