Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, you will:

• Lead on complex corporate tax advisory projects
• Manage and develop client relationships across a broad portfolio
• Collaborate with other service lines including M&A, Risk, and Digital Consulting
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership
• Ensure compliance with HMRC guidance and tax legislation
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Significant experience in corporate tax advisory within practice or industry
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to manage people and projects
• A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others
• Experience with large corporate and international groups is highly desirable
