Corporate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to c £80,000 (DOE) – This regional law firm is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial legal professional to join its thriving corporate team and help shape the future of the team. JOB REF:2970

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will lead and manage complex corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
\n• You’ll have direct client contact, develop business, and play a key role in strategic decision-making within the firm.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
\n• Proven track record of managing high-value deals and client relationships
\n• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
\n• Strong leadership qualities and team management experience
\n• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at senior levels
\n• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
\n• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
