About the Role Duties will include:

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation. Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation. Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments. Collaborating with internal teams on transactions. Active involvement with business development.

Qualifications Corporate fee earning experience essential. 3 years+ PQE.

Required Skills Have very high level of technical competence. Marketing and business development skills. Proven track record of meeting targets. Have strong interpersonal skills. Sound legal knowledge.
