Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 4+ years’ PQE sought for Top 100 law firm

The Role

Due to growth, our client, a Top 100 law firm is looking to make a senior strategic hire into their L500 ranked Corporate team.

The firm’s Corporate team is highly regarded for its expertise in advising a broad range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, high-growth companies and large corporates.

This role would be focusing predominantly on M&A, however the team handle a full spectrum of matters including venture capital VC & private equity, restructuring & demergers and corporate governance and advisory.

Our client is looking for someone who can contribute directly to their continued growth – the firm value fresh perspectives and fosters an environment where every voice is genuinely welcomed.

Requirements

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE
• Experience gained from a reputable London law firm
• The ability to demonstrate an interest in and previous participation in business development
