Corporate Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE)

Location: Bournemouth / flexible hybrid working.

My client are a leading Legal 200 law firm who are opening a new and exciting office in Bournemouth.

The firm is looking for a junior Corporate Solicitor to help with the growth of its new Bournemouth office, backed by its award-winning Corporate teams in other offices within the firm. You will have experience in corporate transactions, M&A and private equity and will be provided with the support within the team to help develop your career.

The Role

\n
• Handle a mix of transactional work – acquisitions, disposals and restructures

\n
• Advise on non-transactional matters like shareholders' agreements and share options

\n
• Develop client relationships and drive business development

\n
• Collaborate with a high-performing, regional team

About You

\n
• NQ-4 years' PQE in corporate law

\n
• Strong background in M&A, PE-backed deals and general corporate advisory

\n
• Commercially aware, organised and tech-savvy

\n
• Great at building client trust and growing business
