The Opportunity

\n\n

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic corporate advice across a broad portfolio of transactional matters, including:

\n\n

\n\t
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
\n\t
• Business sales and disposals
\n\t
• Management buy-outs (MBOs) / buy-ins (MBIs)
\n\t
• Investment raises and exits
\n\t
• Corporate restructures
\n\t
• Shareholder and share-purchase agreements
\n\t
• Share-option schemes and joint ventures Cross-border transactions
\n

\n\n

Working as part of a “one-team” advisory model, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate finance, tax, communications, and accounting to deliver seamless, commercially focused solutions to clients.

What you'll be doing

\n\n

\n\t
• Leading and managing corporate transactions from initial instruction through to completion
\n\t
• Handling due diligence, deal structuring, and legal completion processes
\n\t
• Drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation with minimal supervision
\n\t
• Acting as a trusted advisor, translating legal risk into practical commercial advice
\n\t
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client pitches and proposals
\n\t
• Managing multiple live transactions in a fast-paced, high-quality deal environment
\n\t
• Supporting senior leadership with proactive project coordination and progress updates
\n

What we're looking for

\n\n

\n\t
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 2–6+ PQE with strong corporate experience
\n\t
• Proven track record in M&A, business sales, shareholder agreements, restructures, and due diligence
\n\t
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex corporate documentation
\n\t
• Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident working with business owners and stakeholders
\n\t
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions and tight deadlines
\n\t
• Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
\n
