The Opportunity:

You will advise a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions across multiple sectors.

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital & Development Capital Investments
• Joint Ventures
• Corporate Reorganisations
