The Bristol office, located in the heart of Temple Meads is a key hub for the firm's South West operations.The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented and commercially astute Corporate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations, for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large corporates.
