Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures

• Demonstrate strong financial management skills and commercial awareness

• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm's growth
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 years PQE with relevant corporate experience
\n\t
• Excellent communication skills
\n\t
• Ability to manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision
